Help!!!

please dont say search bc i want opinions.

i have a 2001 1.6 liter auto lx.so i was thinkin what would be best for performance to make reasonable performance not crazy.
what about ihe combo and either turbo or nitrous. which would be better and safer? is there a header or turbo for the 1.6.
please give opinions and something that will help...not sell your car. i would also appreciate sources.

APC makes a header. And someone was talking about making one. I dont remeber who though. Its on protegeclub.com somewhere. It was a lot of $$ so I backed out of it.

If you dont build your internals your going to fry her early. I have heard that unless you are through then the engines dont last very long when you start to upgrade like that.
