HomeDyno group buy

[talon4x4]

I got to thinking today about how no one can ever post dyno numbers or how well a product worked besides the seat-of-the-pants test. And I remembered back when I had my Talon I got this HomeDyno software because at the time there were no AWD dynos and it worked great!!!

So my point, check out this page and maybe we can see if the guy who created the software is interested in doing a group buy for us.

Its just a though. Plus, everyone could show real numbers when they do mods.

I am no way affiliated with the creator and I'm not looking to make any money, just thought it would be a great idea. So post your thoughts on this and I'll shoot the guy an email.

Hmm, I don't see how this could be super accurate. It dynos your car based on the sounds your engine makes?

what is it, a microphone and the software converts the louder tones into a dyno curve? lol

No, it doesn't use a microphone. It uses an inductive pickup, the part that is on the end of the timing light. It gets hooked up to the spark plug wire. READ the info on the link I posted.

The software does work, as I said I used it with my Talon back in the day when I didn't have access to an AWD dyno. The numbers I was getting were pretty close with others that had access to a dyno.

Hey, if people think its bogus and doesn't work, doesn't bother me. I was just trying to help people post real numbers without spending money on dyno run.
