A tech who owns and works at his own shop that works on mostly euro sports cars( you should see some of the ferrari's he has had in there) told me that the first thing that's gonna go bad when you up the boost is the valve guides. Can anyone confirm/deny this perspective? :confused:

well, i think he meant in general. Different levels for different engines. He has put turbo upgrades onto porches and other cars and seen that the valve guides are almost always the first to go.
