There is a Sunoco in the Catonsville/Ellicott City, Maryland area. It is one of the only stations I know of that sells 100 Octane Unleaded. It runs around $4/gallon. The address is 6324 Baltimore National Pike (Route 40). It is on the Westbound Side.

If you go by any raceway you should be able to find it. I know that there are a couple of gas stations in the vacinity of Dinwiddie that sell it.

Call these guys:
1510 Moran Road - Sterling, VA 20166
tel (571)522-1002 - fax (571)522-1010
They run several racing teams, and would know the best places to get fuels. Also call the tracks...

you'll have to go to an airport and get avgas which is around 110-115 octane or go to a race track and ask for turbo blue fuel which is 105 octane. in VA its illegal for normal gas stations to carry it, they outlawed it about 3 years ago, don't know bout maryland though might still find it there.

turbo blue is good stuff, all you could ever want for street use. And it's a LOT cheaper than air fuels. Most places I know dont have more than a 500 gal tank, though.
I am unfamiliar with VA policies. In Indy you can get the shit all over the west side.

Actually there are a few gas stations that carry high octane(100+) fuel. There is a gas station on Labarnum in richmond that carries race fuel, but you have to have a 5 gal. fuel can to put it in. There is also a gas station at the West Point exit on 64 that carries race fuel. And just to set the record straight, it is legal for gas stations to carry race fuel. However it is illegal for you to bump it directly into your car( not that you'd be able to anyway, different size nozzles).

I got the 107 octane and boy did it make a difference. It broke my wallet too. $33 for 5 gallans:eek:...lol
