Hey everyone,
Many of you might know that there was a big sale of Replica Autoexe stuff on awhile ago and it was run by esclipse_21 of Final Gear. Alot as happened since the sale started Final Gear is now Skylab3 Autoworks and the sale of our Protege Stuff has stopped. Well all that might not be important but I felt i should give you some background on myself. And now the real Reason I'm here. I would like to see some pictures of our products on the cars that they were brought for, so I could add it on to my customer database. We at Skylab3 will not us any of your pictures of advertisment unless we have your concense to do so. So here and now is a great time for everyone to show off your rides and cars to everyone on the board.

Hey Hb1,
Yah, I heard there was some fitment issues with the lip. But all i can really say is the lip was made from the orignal ( I can show you pictures if you like ), and i have seen some Autoexe lips that haven't fit so great. But yah HB1 if you won't happy with your product I'm sure I can work something out for you seeing that you went thru all this trouble and the lip not fitting well. PLease email me and we can work something out. I want all our customers to be happy one way or another.
Thanks

The Grille I got was ass, for the most part. I have not tried fitment yet, as I have been putting in endless hours to get the damn lgazing smoothed out.
I had to sand it down to the FG and re apply several coats of finishing putty, to get the FG dimples and unevenness cleaned up. Wish I woulda known I would have to basically make my own, and I woulda saved the 130 bucks I spent on this guys ass made shit. :D

got mine, was in good shape, only had about 3 or 4 dimples that werent deep that i filled in with filler. and there is a hairline crack you can see in the upper left corner of the opening that looks like it might go all the way through, but it hasnt shown any weakness during install and stuff.
Unfortunately once I got it ready 1 night of filling and sanding, did some more 1500 wet sanding right before primer though.
then I went through about 4 or 5 layers of primer letting them dry between layers a bit and then let that dry overnight. sanded it the next day with 1000 grit and 1500 and let dry and then painted. Now I ordered a 12oz can of color matched paint from www.paintworldinc.com , first it took quite a while for shipment, and after all was said and done with 5 color layers all day long, and 4-5 clear coat layers the next day and a day of drying the paint is darker than the body, the clear coat I used was ass, which is partially my own falt but all in all if your more than 3 or 4 feet away you cant tell the difference.
Should let you know after some christmas cash comes in im taking it to a body shop friend and having it redone along with all the scratches and dings in my car.
Skylab, would you like me to wait till i get it redone for pics, or you want some now?
