View Full Version : Yow! My P5 bit me!

So I was reaching into the coin tray at the toll plaza (not even for me -- guy in front of me didn't have any change and needed to break a dollar), and damn if I didn't hit the lip of the coin tray and take a chunk out of the back of my finger (middle, natch). That metal is rough!

I did manage to keep the blood off the upholstery, though.

My mp3 has drawn blood numerous times from me, but it has always been when im working in tight quarters not getting out change.

Uh... How did you cut yourself on the coin holder? Mine's plastic, so I can't see anyone gashing themselves with it.

i think they are using the Cigarette tray as a coin tray.

I keep brusing my knees on my way outta the car on the steering column.. :(
and getting shocked getting out also.

My car just shocks the hell out of me. I get out, and ZAP! That hurts sometimes. I guess you hurt the ones you love;)

Is your steering column THAT low?

Yeah, many threads about the shocking. To stop that I now touch the car's body before I get up from my seat, that way the electricity is released into the car and grounded instead of shocking the hell out of me - and damn, it used to hurt for real!!

Funny to see others getting shocked, though :D

GUESS WHAT?! I was just reading about the shocking, and saying to myself, "yeah, I know, the shock is horrible!" But I then realized, "Wait!!! Mine doesn't shock me anymore!" And I remember, I made a custom grounding kit for the engine bay and now I have absolutely NO shock at all!!! It used to be REALLY bad getting out of the car, but now I have no worries at all! Anyone else similar?
