or it's their (dealer or any body shop) job to clean the window for u??

They will do it...They usually use a special cleaner to remove all grease and dirt from the surface...don't worry about it, it's their job...

Correct. Even if you clean your windows beforehand, a tint shop will always clean them again. The prep work is what will make or break a tint job. The side windows are usually cleaned with a scrubber pad with soap and water and then a razor blade is run down them to scrape off any excess debris. The back window is prepared in a similar way except you can't use a razor blade because of the defroster lines.
