wheel locks

I have a question, my wheel locks came in the glove compartment uninstalled, shouldnt they have been installed at the dealer before i tooke delivery of the car?

Stupid me, I forgot to check and its been 1 and a half weeks since I got it and have only been able to drive it twice. Tomorrow I am gonna go drive around for a little while though.

if you have the key also, big deal, take one lug off each wheel and put them on

mine were installed but the "dealer delivery inspection" sheet was in the glove box...guess they didnt look over the checklist!
