If my car arrives Friday, then I'm leaving Saturday. If not, then I'll be force to leave Sunday.

Yes the exit is 158B (Prince William Parkway, towards Manassas) and the commuter lot is right there once you get off (right at first light you come to). I will be there around 8:30-9 probably.
