I <3 my MSP!

Im driving down 287 (for all you NJ people), and at about exit 9, a guy on a motorcycle flys by me in the left lane, and then I see him stick on his brakes after he passes me, he drops back, along side of me, looking at my car (I can only assume by his helmet turning), then he drops behind me, and speeds up along side me on the right, and drops behind me again. At this point I wasn't to sure what he was up to. My exit is 7, so I move over to the right lane, and he follows me. At the end of the exit ramp is 2 lanes, and a stoplight. The lights red and I stop in the left lane, and he pulls up right alone side of me between lanes, and he motions to roll the window down, so I did, semi-reluctantly. He goes "Shit man, thats a nice car! What is it?" at that point, my face must have been glowing with a big ass smile, and I told him what it was, and he continued to say when he went by it, he had to wait and get another look. None the less, he went out of his way to tell me how nice it was, because this wasn't his exit and he proceeded to get back on to 287. At this point, all of 2 days and 350 miles old, I pronounced my love for my MSP... i <3 my MSP (and so does everyone else)

Just wanted to share what made my day :D

I went to a car show today. It turned out to be mostly "Classic" cars and I was one of 5 imports there. What was funny was that alot of the guys who owned the 69 Cameros and stuff like that were over looking at my car. They were all very complimentary about it after I explained the car to them. It was cool and I got to talk cars for 3 1/2 hrs. :)

Yeah most people with any appreciation for cars can talk about any style car for hours, without the need to bad mouth it or talk down about the owner. Unfortunatley we live in a world full of jealous cock bites who feel the need to damage peoples car, steal things, and just be ignorant and disrespectful to other people. That seem's to be the norm, too. It just made my day to know that there are some decent people still out there I guess. Hearing a comment like he gave, put that giddy school girl look on my face though :D I hope everyone gets to hear something like that about there car soon too!

I'm absolutely amazed at how many compliments I've gotten with the titanium. When I drove the mp3, sure most liked it, but the muscle car guys never really paid attention to it. Now, everyone of all ages, and all tastes comes up to me and says...wow...wicked car. Most see it as a more richer, classy sports car vs my mp3. Funny huh. Park the two side by side, and my titanium gets all the attention.

Nope. Wasn't me... Only got the car on Thursday night :) I do live pretty close however, but I never travel on Rt. 9. I live in Piscataway, so I-287 and Rt. 1 are common for me though.

I wonder why that is? Is it the color, or the body style change? Or a combination of both? Esentially the car is the same just a different color and a few different "slap on" parts.(scratch)

Hrmmm... On saturday I was on Rt 1 by the CompUSA in Edison, but it wasn't that late. I went there sometime about lunch time of a lil bit after, I had a party at 4, so It was definatley before then.

i rememebr when i first got my car i was sitting at a light and this freaky looking bus driver (not a school bus) opened his door and signaled me to put down my window. scared the shit outa me cuz i was in a ruffer area. "hey man did that come with those wheels?!"

I love mine and here it goes, I go to the gym everyday and one day my friend tells his other friend that my car is out there and the kid goes, is that a BMW and all I could say was I wish but I was really happy that he said that because he is not the first one to say that some other lady told me the same thing and one time I was at the gas station this guy in his 40s comes up and goes that is a very nice looking car and I go HELL YEAH and by the way the guy was driving a brand new volvo. Gotta love my car, I know its not a msp or an mp3 but with rims and a drop the my car looks sweet and take good care of it.

The fast and the furious I hate but that specific line I like because there are many people out there that go "but you just beat me by like a car length and they go that is nothing" and I truly hate people like that because winning is winning and yeah I ADMIT IT MY CAR IS MY GIRL, she never lets me down, she has saved my life about 4 times, sooooooooooooooooooo many great moments I have had in it and she is someone I can go and cry too. And by the way I do have a real girlfriend as you can see in my www but my car has always been there for me and therefore I love it. And by the way thanks pluto for showing the kind of conversations we have.

Your car IS a beauty -- it looks just like my former one before I traded her in on the MSP. Real nice....don't like the clear corner lights, but that's just me. Everything else - good. Oh, and it could use some spicy orange paint.;)

Thanks, I just love the clean look and the clear in the front and the funny thing is that I just got home and there were this girls in there car checking out my clear corners, I really think that one of the girls was drunk, she was looking at them, like she had never seen nothing like that before. And yeah my car would look kind of cool with the spicy orange paint.

HAHAHAHA. Talking about girls all I have to say is this is hillarious. I hear all kinds of shit thats bad about women but here you talk about them never letting you down and such. GO YOU!!! Im thrilled for your girlfriend. We need more men like you out there. Also I think its a bit funny that you admit that that was you in the convo, if you had never said anything we would have never known. In case you are wondering, I'm not making fun of you, I am complimenting you in a sarcastic fashion ;). By the way, I own a Honda as well, but she doesn't look anywhere as nice as yours. But then again I live in the country and my driveway is merely a suggestion towards the homestead. Someday though. Right now she's goin' to be my parts getter as soon as I find my first show/race car. MSP is out of my price range though.
