Hey everyone, just wanted to let everyone know that i got my car yesterday. 2003 Black Mica, 85 miles on the ODO when i drove it off the lot.
Put about 100 miles on it last night, and im just itching to ream on her some. Taken it to 5k a few times, and it just feels quick.
Few friends of mine and i tried to vent the BPV to atmospheres, with a one way check valve, but it was for water, not air, and since we couldnt install it vertically, it was causing the car to stall some, so we had to put it back to stock.
However, one of my friends had a cone filter, so we took the stock airbox out, and put that on. Makes spool up a little louder, but no power difference.
As soon as i have about 750 miles, putting on a MBC, and Joes FPR.
Im calling mazda right now to find out what # i have!
