WILL A T28 TURBO FIT MY STOCK HEADER & DOWN PIPE PLEASE HELP ANY INFO ALSO WHAT EXHAUST SHOULD I GO WITH???

well, a t-28 is not a new turbo.. you just get your t-25 upgraded... you get a new turbine installed.. is is bigger, somthing like that..

The T-28, as long as you get the compressor housing oriented like the stock turbos, will mount up :D

is the t28 capable of more power?? and will the stock intercooler hold up and what type of exhaust??

Look at the outlet of the compressor housing. it faces up. you would need to make sure that whoever you purchase the turbo from, has the outlet in the same spot.

The t-28 turbo is a t-25 turbine side, with a t-3 compressor side. It will move a higher volume of air, at the same psi, as the t-25 does. This will create more power. I always suggest freeing up the exhaust flow for any boosted car. The stock IC should be good enough to cool the t-28, but again, for a higher efficiency, I suggest a front mount. :D
