Is anybody in Phoenix/Tucson tired of tripple digit temperatures yet?

Well in Prescott it is still hot but its only 98 degrees or so.

The reason I'm asking is the first weekend of August there is an annual car show at Watson Lake. August 2nd & 3rd to be exact from sunrise to late afternoon each day.

It is a car show & swap meet. It used to be all antiques, hot-rods and classic cars, but it is starting to grow into newer vehicles as well.

I have a 66 Mustang so I'll be there looking for parts that are for sale. In the past I have been able to get parts for my truck as well as stuff for the custom motorcycle that I'm building.

I was thinking that it would be kind of nice to have a pack of Proteges on display at this show.

If you're interested reply to this thread.

Y'all missed a good show.

I found out the car show is open to all makes and models.

It is only $10.00 per car. There was an awesome Nissan 350Z there.

The temps were in the high 80's with partly cloudy skys. Both Days were perfect.

The car show will be held again next year the first weekend in August.

Lets get a pack of proud Proteges together next year.

I'm getting the urge for another mountain drive in Northern AZ.

Click on the www button and see page 2.

I'm thinking about something in September or October.

Whacha-tink?
