I think it'd look better with a little bit thinner thread though. That thread seems to clash with the orange in the seats.
Then again, I'm picky as hell.

your friend should consider a mass production for us all..... or provide Mazda as a dealer option for the 2003 MSP!!!
LOOK SO COOL. LOVE THAT!(k)

i am as anal as greg (agr#7) when it comes to my car. she went
over it twice because the single thread barely showed up. also,
the thread is not the same exact color as the msp orange--
closest we could find thou.

i already told her i could get at least 20 people and make her some extra cash but she said no because of customer satisfaction/liability for everyone's shift boot, plus the shipping back and forth. she is thai and does not speak excellent English. she said she was just doing me a favor.
if you guys know anyone who does alterations or is the bomb on a sewing machine then here is what we did:
had to pull off the boot, remove the plastic knob ring on the
inside (glued) top of boot, completely pull the boot apart so it would lay flat, and then measure out where i wanted the stitches(1/4" gap between stitches) to go and then stitch it and put everything back together.
regluing the plastic ring was the hardest part.
i will ask her again when i see her next wed, but i highly doubt it.
