iwas looking at 2 issues of motor trend yesterday(had the shrimp casadeia for lunch)and in there test every car made this year section in the back our car ran a 14.9 and a 15.1 1/4 mile but the asome part was on there slalom test our car was only beat by the z06 and the top cobra in one and the z06 top cobra and 911 ctr2 in the other its i wish icould have seen there faces when our car out ran a 911 turbo in the slalom zoom zoom mother f*#@ers

the article is titled "Get a Grip: High Speed Handling Test" and it is Road and Track not Motortrend. It is in the June 2002 issue, Vol. 53 #10. It shows the naturally-aspirated MP3 beating out a BMW M3 Coupe, Chevy Corvette ZO6, Ferrari 360 Modena, Euro-spec Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, Porsche Boxster S, and the Porsche 911 Turbo. The only car it didn't beat was the Euro-Spec Lotus Elise, but the Elise cost $35,000 and the MP3 cost only $18,500.

I went to the road and track site and read the article. They tested the MP3 with 140hp and not our 170hp MSP. You want to look at something really nice look in the back of motor trend magazine at all the stats and look at the slolam speed not many cars better then the MSP

Even though it came in 8th place, it is very cool that it was even compared to those cars to begin with :D

I'll come in 8th place against a Modena anyday and still feel pretty damn good !
