Guy in MSP gets his ass kicked

So i was on 35W and there's an interchange to get on 94 another major interstate here. And saw an orange MSP whip by, which of course I took notice of, and shortly followed by a late 80's oldsmobile. This was on 35W, well by the time I got to the interchange to 94 the olds was in front of the MSP pulled over and some white trash looking dude got out ran to the MSP, and punched the guy (fight) 3 times through the window(no he didnt break it, it was open) and then bitched at him for a little bit before he took off. The guy in the MSP followed him so I imagine they'll be some charges pressed, but ya an interesting drive home. Well that and the 80 year old guy in the SUV that about cut me off, damn old people. Would be curious to see if the guy in the MSP is on the forums tho.

I did this once. Dumbshit in the back seat of my car was flippin people off. I didnt know it at the time. All of a sudden, this guy cuts me off, slams on his brakes, so I stop, he gets out yellin like a son of bitch, opens his back door, pulls out a bat, starts heading towards my car. I fuckin floored it and nailed his ass. Cops came and arrested both of us. It was pretty funny though when I nailed the guy with the car, he wasnt expecting that.

i've been up by that intersection near Shakopee and the Twin Cities - thats a horrible area for traffic IMO and a real bad place to pick a fight (like there is a good place :D) 94 runs all the way down past my home in Illinois.

Well this is a true story. That same thing happened down here in Texas (not with an MSP of course) this older man had stopped in traffic so this pumped up bodybuilding type got pissed about the gentlemen in front of him stopping so he got out and proceeded to pound the shit out the old guy through open passenger side window. Well down here we have a carry and conceal law that allows us to carry a concealed weapon. So the old guy blasts that assbag in the face and kills him. It goes to court jury hears the witness testimony and reads the police report end of story no-billed him didn't even go to trail.
All I can say is God bless Texas.
Those crazy enough to try that here will hopefully think twice about doing that and if not well then there will be one more morgue shelf with a corpse on it. I think this was the first person taken before a grand jury in Texas for a "legal" concealed weapon shooting after the conceal and carry law was passed.

Well, I dunno about the US, but in my country the act of self defense has to be proportional to the threat, so if the guy is just coming at you and you run him over with the car then you are responsable for whatever happens to him. Even more so considering that you could´ve simply driven away.

Some dude was driving in the middle of a 2 lane street as I was trying to pass him. He just didnt want me to pass him for some reason. He was going 10 under the limit and I was getting pissed but didnt do anything. Suddenly he stopped and got out of his car and I floored it in reverse and got the fuck outa there. I ran someone over in my old Miata.
My girlfriend at the times ex boyfriend ( who didnt like me very much) ended up in the car in front of me at a stop sign. Next thing i know he's charging my car with a club in his hand so naturally I floor it and he goes flying over the hood, hits the windshield and off the side. I considered backing over him a couple times but figured prolly not a good thing to do. So I take off and call the cops to report the incident. i had a guy in some teal colored 1st gen eclipse or talon i was messing with on the highway one morning on my way to work last fall when i had my TII. came up along side of me and matched my pace for a mile or so at about 73 then guns it. so i downshifted into 4th, took off,passed him like it was nothing and got probably an 1/8 of a mile ahead of him. i slowed down for a while, he comes back and does it again. so i downshifted into 4th keeping the RPM's high to spool the turbo better and he's looking over at me then the road,me,road,me,road. and then guns it again. i follow passing him even quicker this time and leaving him well enough behind to think he'd have had enough by now. nope.

so he's behind me and i'm in the passing lane and i come upon this friggen chebby avalanche pulling a trailor. stay there for about a mile and he's not going anywhere so i downshift again and fly by him on the right while the guy in the talon follows not so closely. i'm getting off at my exit and this guy comes flying up along side of me and cuts in front of me by about 3" at 90mph and proceeds to slam on his brakes right in the middle of the road going down the onramp. so of course i slow down and see he's just about stopped so i start to go around him and he pulls the car that direction and cuts me off. now i'm getting pissed. he then proceeds to get out of his car and comes up to me with this pissed off look on his face and here's the conversation.
him-"what the fucks your problem man?"
me-"i have no clue what your talking about but if you'll move your car i'd like to go to work now"
him-"i'll tell you what i'm talking about,you were driving like a real asshole back there"
me-"really? was i? when?
him-"yeah dickhead,you were. when you cut that guy off back there you passed"
me-"you're going to have to be more specific than that because i passed alot of people and none of them did i cut off"
him-"yeah well stop driving like an asshole or else you're going to have some real problems"
me-" oh ya think so, well you can take those problems that i'm going to be having and fuck off with them, i'm going to work now bitch"gave him the finger,redlined 1st gear,shot a flame out the back and got to the bottom of the ramp.

i turned around just in time to see him clsoe his door and back up the off ramp and get back on the highway. what put me into asshole mode is when he got out of his car and he was in some uniform thing, not sure if it was army,navy,marines,recruiter of some kind of what but it was a dress type thing. i've got no respect for those people whatsoever for other reasons. i tried being nice be he kept on with the asshole and dick comments so i had had enough while he was wasting my precious time on my way to work

General idea you have a right to defend yourself but only to the degree of getting out of harms way.

Example:You get into a punching fight of which you didn't start. You manage to get away only to come back and hit him with a bat. Your at fault for using the weapon.
If you are going to run someone over with the car make damn sure there was no other escape or alternative. Cause you could face legal trouble in either criminal or civil form.

Course all depends on state and how strict the law is in that area.

why should i think about what i said? i didn't give specifics for my reasoning. you haven't the slightest clue about any of it so how can you sit there and say "alot of people put their life on the line for all of us american so that we can have the freedoms like no other country". that doesn't mean that gives members of the armed forces the right to be over bearing assholes does it? and why should i have to listen to them impound their brainwashed thoughts and ideas upon me as to how great their way of life is in the service with the rest of their bunches of merry men, or "clan" if you will. they can't teach religion in school right? why should kids have to listen to men and woman in their cute uniforms come in and tell them why they should join up then get them to right down their names and phone numbers only to harrass the hell out of them for the next year?

well how about this. i will stereotype since i've never met anybody from any branch of our mighty armed forces that hasn't been 150% GUNG HO and tried to get me to join or listen to what they had to say or referred to that branch every chance they got. whether it was somebody making a joke about something and the person saying "oh well try making a comment like that in the _____ and they'll have you doing blah blah blah" or somebody saying they miss a person or miss being home and the military person saying something to the affect of "you can't miss people when you're in the ____,you don't get the opportunity,you're too busy trying to keep your head above water and stay in line to worry about you left back home". what the hell? who cares what it would be like if you were in said branch of government,you aren't so don't associate every and anything with it. see this is what i meant about the brainwashing thing. i know people who enjoy things in life and take pride in them and like to talk about them with friend. what i don't know is people who have hobbies,career's they enjoy who go out and stand in public or visit our schools and try to push their thoughts and opinions off on innocent unwilling and unknowing bystandards.
