If it's a legitimate dealer, Injen should have no problem honoring the warranty. I have been buying and selling on eBay for over 4 years. And; on many occassions, I have dealt with dealers, and yes; the warranty is honored. Oh well; everyone has their rules.

Really though; what could go wrong? A weld break? There isn't much to a CAI.

The price is right! Let's see what K&N releases.....

One would think...I just checked the injen site again and find no reference to this statement.....I do recall something about not supporting auction type sales and the authorized dealers were not supposed to sell Injen products on ebay. Many manufactures ban the sale of thier products on ebay from authorized dealers to protect the brand...unauthorized is another story
