View Full Version : Suggetstion for So Cal Meet

Hi All-

It was really great to meet fellow forum members last night at the "Life Plaza" meet. Pretty good turn out :) One suggestion though, maybe we could meet up a little earlier for the up coming meets. I would have loved to stay a little longer, but had to leave because I have to be at work at 7:30am. Just a suggestion, but overall, it was a good experience :)

i agree i get up the next morning to. plus by the time we all get there it's dark. i like to look @ everyones cars in the light.

uhh i was gonna plan a meet on friday night(s) but don't know where to hold it (them). i was thinking of this parking structure in burbank next to an in n out but there really isn't anything to do there.

then i was thinking of glendale marketplace where there is a grip to eat/do but you gotta pay to get into their lot. :(

then i was thinking of the starbucks in pasadena on rosemead and foothill. BUT that spot is already take by a group of hondas/acuras.

any suggestions or would you guys like to do one of the above?

Great point. It is very hard to check out the rides at night. Especially because the lighting is so bad at that particular parking lot.

I'm definitely down for a Friday night meet. Glendale or Pasadena sounds good since I live in Pasadena :) Only thing about Glendale or Burbank is that cops are dicks over there. Maybe we could do Hastings Ranch Plaza (San Gabriel Blvd and Foothill). Huge parking lot and lots of eats.

so does this mean you guys arent coming to Rife Praza anymore?

We have had meets on weekends and such. BBQ's and dinner.

ok sounds good. we can do hastings plaza across from starbucks below the movie theater.

New time eh. I like the Life Plaza cuz it's secluded and the cops in this area know about the meets and aren't dicks about it. They don't mind the subys there because they don't start trouble or attract attention at all because of thier location.

6 sounds like a good time, but I just hope that the plaza isn't packed at that time, cuz when it gets packed....it gets PACKED!!

cool guys that seems like a better time to meet at, it was sweet seeing all the mazda's show up that night. but next time lets try to face them the same way and all together so it makes a better impression :) i hope i see u guys there on sunday
