window is sticking

i know this has been a problem for other but my window only goes down like 5" then stops. i remeber someon sayin its foam stuck in the track if i punch my doorpanel it will work but if not it sticks?? how did u fix it??

actually, my problem was a bad regulater. take it in to your dealer and tell them the problem-it's an easy fix :D

Had the same problem... window fell out of track. Took it to dealer and they fixed it, warranty repair.

mine was a problem with the plastic/foam insalation that prevent both fronts from going down the whole way. Its b/c of the plastic clips that hold it up, i took mine to the dealer and they replaced it with metal ones, mazda decided to go cheap thats y the plastics are there, if its cold out they break. and yes it was a warrantable fix

well i never made it to the dealer so i just did it myself, i pulled the door panel of and sure enough there was a piece of foam in the track so i took it out and now my window works fine. about those clips i didnt notice any broken clips. ill tell them to check it out next time i take it in.
