mp3 sighted in RI

i SWEAR it was an mp3, blue one going north on like 118 or something in rhode island through scituate into gloucester.

I was 2 cars back at a stop like on 6 when they crossed theintersection, about 11:30 tonight

anyone anyone?

as soon as the light turned green i raced down 118 but they musta turned off :(
