View Full Version : While stuck on HIGHWAY traffic

This all took place on my drive home. There was some kind of traffic delay or whatever on the highwy so everyone was stop and go. Well anyways, some guy pulls next to me and screams hey is that a lexus??? I said no its a mazda. He was like how much do they run. I was like 16k and he was like thats the nicest car I ahve seen in a while.

Weird how people are confusing these cars with the Lexus.. I just dont see it.. but ok.

I had some guy who works for a audio place ask me the same thing. Needless to say I don't go back there.

my father drives a P5 also and he saw the lexus sportcross lol at first he thought it was the new 2004 p5 lol

I don't see it either...I always thought the IS300 Headlights would be cool, but i don't think it would look quite right. ANyways, here's a few shots of the sport cross...you decide...

i see a lot of similarity from the side view of the lexus...but man, that thing has a huge lumpy ass!

nope, still dont see it.. I will say though, being a wagon lover.. I kinda dig those IS300s.. I'm happy with my sportwagon though ;)

I can somewhat see how they can be mistaken, but then again I also see the differences. Gotta to love having the same design team members :)
it is easier for us to spot the differences because we know our cars inside and out................i can see how a novice would be easily confused................
