The other day I was up at the HWY 9 summit checking it out for a possibility of meet with some forum members there, when a bunch of Miatas, RX-7s, Boxters and even a brand new SL500 pulled up to the far end of the lot.
I meandered over there to see what was up with all these guys in the nice cars, and they all turned out to be really cool. They had a driving club that sounds like it might be fun to check out. The "leader" of the group is this guy named Doc Wong. I talked to him a little bit, and he seemed like a really nice, down to earth guy.
Anyway, here's some more info on him and his club. I might hook-up with the Doc next month and do a drive with him and his friends. If you're in the area, maybe you'd like to also. :)

Good stuff. I'd love to do one of their clinics.

They sure have the route down pat! I know most of those roads, and every one of 'em is good fun. By his website, you'd think it's a Porsche club, but when I saw them, there were more Miatas than anything. Lol, all those guys were definately...ahem...not obeying the speed limit, and there was at least 20 cars. It looks like a blast. Maybe I'll pm ya or something when the next one's coming up.

The next one's coming up in about a two weeks, Sep 28th. It'll be a clinic on heel-toe shifting.

Anybody wanna come along? We may learn something.;)
