Does anyone get hesitant about parking theyre car in parking lots anywhere? Leaving it parked on the street at all?
I just have this bad feeling about an orange car screeming to be keyed. Anyone have any problems yet?

The same feeling happens to me each time I buy a new car. You know that u're car is special. Reality his that, the majority around you doesn't. lol
It took a year for me to get around that; since mine is yellow and I had to wait 3 month to get it, she's a real baby to me....lol

By thye way, I still park all the way at end of a parking lot, taking at least 2 spots. Just be sure I dont find a dent in one of my doors when I come back...
I only go to the grocery store after 9 pm on week nights to aviod douch bag kids.

the grocery store, and the Walmart parking lot are the two places you should avoid. Watch out for those runaway shopping carts (a la VW Jetta commercial). There is a higher percent of people who don't give a shit about their cars in those lots.
I am plagued by this old white Nissan at work...I park one spot away from where she parks every day, but she keeps parking next to me...even if I am like 5 spaces from the last car in the line. I don't want to go out to my car one day and find a rusty white streek across my rear quarter panel and have to hunt this lady down.

Right, but if you're takign up two spots, some people get pissed and will key your car. Be careful.
I park wayyyyyyyy wayyyyyyy out - always! Besides; the extra exercise helps keep me in shape for the days I spend waxing my baby.

I already got a dent (which I quickly got taken out)
I park in the back of my parking lot (so the only places where it could have been done is where I live, or whre my G/F lives...
Just be careful, and pick who you park next to if possible!

Agreed, I don't know about other people, but when I drive my company car at work, I will cram it in whatever parking space I can find. So if an SUV is parked over the lines, or a nice looking car is taking up several spaces...look out! Personally I have respect and will not piss people off by taking up more than one space. ya, the orange is much more prone to vandalism vs. black mica. my yellow mp3 has a higher chance than the blue, although the blue stands out too, just not as much!

i agree about the 2 spots thing inticing vandalism. i DO park in the very back but i always try to park next to a curb or sumthing...
2 spots = vandalism

At my work theres this one spot next to a curb that is about the size of one plus 3/4 space, it's huge. If a car parkes on the line next to me they're still at least 5 or 6 feet away from my car. It's nice.

I used to do the same thing in a spot where I went to school...except then some punk in a Metro tried to squeeze in all the time...so I found another spot.

I just went a visited my car and there's a fat scratch on the bumber, I'm thinking how the hell do I get a scratched bumper when my car's been sitting in the garage immobile for 2 1/2 months??!!!??? Turns out my Dad moved my car out of the garage to have more room to play with my engine, when he put it back it stuck out a little and the door shut on it. It might be able to get buffed out but who knows. And I thought that would be the safest place! who knew!?
