engine swaps

I know that us Probe guys have talked a lot about a Millenia S supercharged engine swap into a Probe, and was wondering if you guys have considered that or possibly a 3.0 liter Mazda 929 engine swap. Any other interesting Mazda powerplants that would make for some really sick hybrids???

It dont really matter to me either way you go there both the same engine and can do 124-145mph here ya go http://www.autosite.com/new/grabbag/perform/2881.asp

Hmmm, well, that is all based on the Millenia. Those numbers look really poor, but if you were to swap them into a different car, then you would probably get a lot different numbers just because of the weight of the vehicle, let alone lots of other factors, not to mention drivetrain and transmission differences. Those also look like automatic numbers, check em with a 5 spd and see how they work out...

i;m sure with a 5-spd trannny it will do easy low 0-60's 1/4mile's and top end as well as it is rated 145mph. drop that in a lighter weight 5-spd tranny and mods you'll be ready to go. :D
