cuz she is tyte:D BUT D, shouldn't you use a stock msp as the test car??? steph has the intake on. but you could always take it off. anyhoo, use a stock msp, i wanna see some gains on stock.

Ummmm, not rying to be the devils advocate here, but, a few people have expiremented with a larger cat back exhaust on the MSP. All have failed to have any gains. The pre-cat, and cat hinder the exhaust BIG TIME. Thus, creating the need for a full, turbo back exhaust developed or a new downpipe created to elininate, at least, the pre cat.
Just my 2 cents, that you might wanna share with magnaflow Steph or D. I wanna see an exhaust the will improve our performance. :D

Not flaming ya bro, but you apparently missed my first post in this thread. The MSP will not see ANY gain with a larger cat back exhaust. It has been tried, and was a no go. The Downpipe needs to be replaced before any gain could be seen from a larger exhaust.
So, if JUST a new downpipe could be fabbed, there would be gains with the stock exhaust alone, now a complete Turbo back exhaust fabbed, that would be uber sweet.
Keep us posted.

I was saying that the cat back system sounds good on the mp3 ... I not sure if it can be done but every atempt is going to be made to get as much HP from the car. there was talk about prototyping a down force pipe, cat back, and also a header for the car. So will see what the guys at magnaflow can do with the best protege mazda has every made... mike
