Orange to black ratio

I am reading the production numbers of each color
It says there are 1750 vehicles for 2003
600 Spicy Orange Mica
1150 Black Mica

It also says for the 2003.5 model year 1750 vehicles (colors TDB)

600 Spicy Orange (U.S.A.)
250 Spicy Orange (Canada)

2003.5:
3500 total
875 Blazing Yellow Metallic (U.S.A.)
875 Titanium Metallic (U.S.A.)
375 Blazing Yellow Metallic (Canada)
375 Titanium Metallic (Canada)
500 Laser Blue Mica (U.S.A.)
500 Sunlight Silver Metallic (U.S.A.)

I don't know the numbers for the Canadian silver and blue.

Canada probably isn't getting the silver and blue....just like we didn't get black.
