View Full Version : Thinking about an electronic boost controller.....
If I do this; I want to spend no more than around $300.00. I was thinking about the following.
Blitz Dual SBC (Spec S)

I have no idea which is the best unit for our cars; so I am open to suggestions.

I'm most likely getting that same one. I like it and it has all the features as the spec r except the spec r comes with two solenoids. This just increases how much you can boost. With the single it is recommended you don't go over 20 psi which will be no problem with our car since we can't boost nearly that high.

Ok, turbo boosting is something I don't know anything about. Obviously the concept is to install a device which allows you to turn up the boost, but how much could you safely turn it up to on the MSP and how much of a difference would it make? Would you need to change the intake and or exhaust system to make it worthwhile or can you just install the boost controler and turn it up?

Um is not suggested You cant go over 20 PSI. The Spec-R has some different features. Also the dual sol. gives you better response and less boost spikes. But The Blitz is a badass boost controller. I am fully satisfied with mine.
