I know that there is a section just for questions like this, but I thought that I would like to ask my fellow MPS owners first. The subwoofer on my car will not turn on. I have gone through the whole process of trying to turn the thing on (I used the Kenwood manual), but it does not work. Am I missing something here? Is there a power switch to the sub or what? Please help a brother out.
Hold down your AM button for at least 2 seconds - that should do it!!

What selection do I hold it down in, "Radio", "CD" or "All Off?"

CD, radio, it doesn't matter - you will hear the Sub come on.
Or.......you can do a complete 'reset' by pushing that little (white) (reset) button. However; if you do that; you will have to reset all of your settings.

it will come on or go off depending on if it was off or on before.
You turn it on it stays on till you turn it off.
