Again...Just what the topic says. Took a friends advice, and since Britt already has the install info on his site, I went ahead and ordered a Blitz DTT. It will be here in 2-3 days...Later,

That's sweet. The Blitz TT will be a good one. I have the Apexi TT. I had it custom mounted and installed. This thing is so cool. I love it! I'll post some pics of it when I have the rest of my "other" things installed on my MSP.

How hard is a turbo timer to install and where did you order yours???

Not very hard at all, as long as you have common sense and know how to splice wires. I baught mine from Summit Racing. Someone else posted up on another thread about where he got his from and it was about $10 bucks cheaper. Mine was here in 2 days. So, do a little searching and you should be able to find a good price...Later,

Yes; here is the link to another site that carries the Blitz, I mentioned previously.

What about the harness? There isn't one yet available for our MSPs yet, I don't think. Did any of you order a harness?
I was wondering how the Blitz might mount on top of the steering column. I think it would look good there, if it would stay put with double-sided tape. Of course; the tube/wiring would show a little.

why is it that everybody feels the need to say they ordered something? why don't they just do a little write up about it when they finally get it and have it installed. show a couple pictures, descriptive captions and whatnot. alot of bandwith gets taken up by somebody saying i ordered something. just wait a week or 2 and show us when you get it.
its kinda like saying hey i just got somebody pregnant. super, now why don't you get back to us in 9 months and show us the results instead?

Those 3 posts were very petty. You 3 sound like a bunch of high school tattle tales. If someone feels good about doing something, they should be able to express/do it in peace. And not have you 3 dogs hounding their back. I have said nothing personal to anyone. So why you attack me, I have no clue. I do know that if you wanna BS around about this measily little post, I will NO longer visit this board, and tell others of my wonderful experience with you 3 smart asses...Later,

Ok well he had a good point if you want to take it like that then thats fine. I plan on getting 3 inch exhaust and downpipe. I have an EGT gauge but havent installed it yet. I'm not saying you have to do what he says but if you feel like posting then isn' t it alright for him to post a response? I get this shit all the time when i ask a question on a board and 15 people tell my dumbass to search. Thats the way it goes. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion. That doesnt mean you have to leave. Now if you want to start calling names . . .

I live in Concord, but i found out i have to ground the pueple wire if i don't connect it to the ebrake. One of my friends told me to connect the purple wire that comes from the ebrake that goes to the dash light......will that work???

Here's where I put mine! :D I just used double sided tape and stuck at the same with the angle of the slot under the ash tray. I can see it great because it angles up at me. On the plus side the lower pocket has a 1" slit in the top of the pocket to run the wire thruough to the dash. Thats where I ran my passport cord through too.:D
