Do you know where to get Mazda/Mazdaspeed parts program?

My contact at Marin Mazda Subaru told me that some dealerships are registered mazdaspeed dealerships and some aren't you'll have to ask around. I know Marin Mazda Subaru is an STI dealer so they decided not to be a Mazdaspeed dealer.
