Car Interior paint Sticky!

I just got thru painting my cup hold/shifter part of my center console in my 1997 Mazda Protege LX and the Black came out sticky i have not clear coated yet just wondering if there is any way to remove the sticky feel.

I used Rustoleum Black Gloss Enamel

well i think its good now guess didnt let dry lng enuff
