I am thinking about adding an accent light to the sides of my 2010 mazda 3. How do you all think this would look and ive never done something like this before...would it be hard? I have a picture of what i mean below.

I don't like them. The previous gen had them, but the 2010's got the nice signals on the mirrors, which is far nicer.

The light in the pic isn't really an accent light, it's a side marker turn signal. The 1st generation 3's had them (see link below), but for 2010 they were moved to the mirrors. It wouldn't make much sense (to me) to add an additional turn signal (or especially just an accent light) on the front quarter panel.

ahhh, my 2010 do NOT have them on the mirrors. It is an option but it is not standard. I have the side markers which the OP wants. Don't mind the little red arrow.
