Throttle body spacer

Has anyone here tried a throttle body spacer? I found a little about it on another forum and they seemed to think it was an OK, if minimal performance mod.

i just bought a used one off a member here and should have it tomorrow or early next week. ill let you kno what i think of it once i install it

The race roots one is nice, the rest arent worth the money.
