oil capacity 2002 626

I need to know what the oil capacity is for a 2002 4 cylinder 626 with a new oil filter? also wondering what kind of oil is recomended for this car? (monkey2)
no owners manual...

didn't get any answers so i went ahead and just winged it. used 3.5 l of oil to fill it but i couldn't find the damn oil filter so i guess i got to take it in to get it changed..(band2)

3.7L if that helps you feel better. but 3.5L is a good amount the v6 version of your car takes 4.5L 5w30 here in canada thou you might want to call your local dealer & see what they recommend for your car. hope this helps I'm giving you advice from a mazda dealer from canada thou haha.. ask them what grade of oil you should be using for your car.
