I just ordered these in an 18x8 +40 all wrapped up in Falken Ze-912 235/40/18s. Am I cool now?
Also, how should I annihilate that pesky red stripe? I bought these knowing that it would have to be done, I just don't know how.
SO YEAH (squinty)
EDIT: oh yeah! all that was $1250 shipped, mounted, and balanced. And of course, pictures will be up as soon as I get these shits onnn my car.

I like the red stripe, if your car was black or red.

Unless you bought them used for a good deal I don't see why you wouldn't order the color you wanted from the get go (dunno)

Well they only make it with the red stripe, it's funny that someone mentioned type ms, because this morning I woke up intending to order those in flat black, but tenzo has none in their warehouse, and I could not find them anywhere. I called like, 25 shops.
But yeah! I may stick with the red stripe, who knows, but my car is silver, and everything on it (side markers, reflectors, windows, badges) are all black, so I was hoping to stick with that theme.

It will look very nice with the red stripe..there are plenty of silver ms3's that have red striped wheels, and they usually turn out pretty good.

I wonder if that would work?
Haha, I was thinking of painting them with a paint brush.

instead of doing something permanent with paint...consider something like this....
http://shop.therimstripe.com/
they even have silver. and you can do a reflective stripe if you want. i used to have a black reflective sticker on my back window of a previous car that i liked cause you couldn't see it during the day so it didn't look ricer, but at night you could vaguely notice it cause of the reflective color...... plus, if you go this route, you can change the color up and try different colors.

That seems like a really cool idea, but the only problem is, the stripe isn't on the outside edge of the rim, so I'm afraid it would not line up to be a 18" or even a 17". when they come in Ill do some measuring and see if it's a possibility. Thanks for the suggestion though!

i see your point....hell it could be a 16" diameter. if you go that route, keep me posted, wanna see how they turn out.

I'll have to try them on before I try to change it.
But there are no good looking solid black mesh wheels for the price.
