Hey everyone, heres a couple of pictures of three of the biggest purchases Iv'e made on my family car so far.

Forgive me for the amateur picture taking haha. The Car feels great with the lighter wheels and tire combo. I bought these rims from another member(iredremix, great seller). These rims were the lightest I have ever carried in my hands(15.5 lbs) The tires are the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's. I wish I would have went with the 225/45/18 instead of the 225/40. But they ride much more quiet than stock. I had the coilovers dropped all the way to the lowest setting, but god that was a terrible ride. The freaking camber is at -2.7 so i definitely need a camber kit. I went with a more conservative drop which suits my everyday driving style(and my wife's). I know I know I need tint done, which will come within a month or so. Feel free to comment or make suggestions. :)

Wow, almost the exact same setup I'm planning for February, sans the Volks. Be thankful you did 40 series. 225/45/18 might rub slightly once you straighten out the rear camber, assuming you went with +47 offset. How do you like the H&R's at the new height (I assume that's the new height in the pics)?

Yea I would have rolled the fenders if I went with 45. I want more comfort so that's why I'll try that next time. I went with 43 offset. The ride is much better at this height which I'm more happy about. It's easier on the wife haha.

how much did you pay for HR coilovers ?

225/45/18 ARE BETTER THAN 225/40/18? MY CAR IS LOWERED LIKE YOURS AND I WANT NEW WHEELS AND TIRES. I REALLY WANTED TO PUT 235 OR 245 ON BUT DONT WANT TO DEALING WITH RUBBING, IT ALREADY RUBS UNDER HARD CORNERING OR WITH PEOPLE IN THE BACK. I PROBABLY NEED A REAR FENDER ROLL.

http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/picture.php?albumid=237&pictureid=1170

HERE IS MY SET UP. WHAT DO YOU THINK, I LIKE THE RX8 WHEELS 18X8 BUT DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE TIRE TO PUT ON.

YOUR CAR LOOKS GREAT BY THE WAY, I WOULD LOVE TO GET A SET OF VOLKS OR WORK BUT THEY TEND TO BE A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANT TO SPEND. TINT AND YOUR RIDE WILL BE TITS

noobinacan-I paid about 1220 something for the coilovers. The ride over time has smoothed out with the new tires.
Nagger Two- Your going to need a roll bro. Im going to get one when I switch to 225/45 later. The only reason why I want to switch is because I am more paranoid of potholes, plus the ride will be much more comfortable. What are you dropped on? Looks good. I would go with 235's if your going with that size. A lot of people are running that so you should probably ask how they are doing. Rims are well worth the price if you can save up. Just got Tint on the car and will take pictures of it soon, not sure why I didn't do that sooner. Looks way better with tint.
