This may be a stupid question. Does the 2007 MS3 have FL-22 coolant or the regular coolant?

iirc, manual states fl22, which apparently just means it's "long life coolant"
just make sure you get pre-mixed and you'll be alright

No. They didn't start putting in the FL-22 coolant until the late '08 models - particularly ones with VINs greater than JM1BK8864673.
