Someone help me plz!

can anyone tell me how the hell a pin can come out of a clutch to where it reaks havac in my engine?? The pin came loose and it destroyed my bell housing in my transmission and all of the mechanics that have looked at it are completely stumped how one pin comes loose and the other two stay in place, any ideas are appreciated

Hmm... I had that happen in a Civic. A friend had that happen with his 08 si. Totally destroyed everything in the bell housing.

yeah the guy described it as if someone to a shot gun to my bellhousing...not a pretty image and its running up a shit load of money, im trying to get my warranty to cover it but no one can answer the question of why it happened or even if warranty will cover it
