Nav DVD Updates in Canada

As mazdanavigation.com does not ship to Canada, the only other place I have managed to find DVD updates is through the dealer, but the price they quoted me was $475, which is more than double the US price. What gives? Does anyone know where else I could get the updates from? I was trying to avoid US sites as I assume I will need to pay customs too.

Any help would be appreciated.

I know you can use same US DVD map as it contain Canadian MAP too(I maybe wrong), and if you are lucky enough someone may make a free copy to you just pay for shipment and copying cost. I'm from Canada too and still using the old 2007 Map on my 2008 CX-9 GT. I feel cheated when I realized that there's a new MAP release and the dealer did not give me the new MAP. I heard that not much of a difference between 2007 and 2008 update, (again I maybe wrong) just keep searching and you will eventually find one.

on my cx-9 2008 I have a very old 2006 ver2 map.

and I won't buy a new map (2008) when i see the price.
