2005 MPV condensate drain port

First time on this site and hoping it is as good a resource as it seems.
My 2005 MPV has a soaked driver's side floor & mat. It is water, not coolant.
Happened last winter in Florida, once during this summer, and now in the Fall here in Pennsylvania.
I'm thinking my drain port may be plugged but don't know where to find it.
Does anyone know if this may be the problem?
Can someone help me locate the drain.

I never had water inside the cabin but did have the 'wells' under the rear doors fill due to a clogged drain port. Check out http://www.mpvclub.com/
