There is WAY TOO MUCH info on this for a short reply to do this subject justice. Read and form your own opinions. It also helps to know if you are looking for replacement plugs for your stock plugs or looking for something else and whether and to what extent you have made any modifications to your engine.

go with denso plugs, it's gapped to spec.
