I have a set of FD RX7 wheels getting done right now for $30 a wheel. That sounded insanely cheap to me. Hope they do a good job. Whats the going rate where you are?

$20 a wheel
$15 for VC's
$30 for a set of 4 calipers

All these are for basic services...and colors in stock...

That's ridiculous cheap. A local shop wanted 125 a piece to do my BBS wheel centers. I had them painted for less than their price of one wheel.

I will say that I do all my prep work sandblasting and sanding down imperfections though...without that it is much more...

Yeah it's $30 a wheel including sand blasting. They didn't have any wheels that they did to show me, but they had some smaller pieces that they did and they looked pretty good. I'll update with pics when I get them back.

I've been quoted $75 / wheel (that's zero prep work). I thought it was high and passed. Though I've seen his work, and they are beautiful. . .so I keep debating.

when you all say sand blasting. I am sure you are talking about media (plastic) blasting. The sand will eat away at the aluminum. Most places that I have went to in phoenix out source chemical stripping for 20-30 bucks a wheel and 50 per wheel on standard powder coating. Some shops clear coat for a added 20 bucks a wheel.
