NOTE: jdm sam was an Authorized Vendor for 3 months in 2007. All the years BEFORE that term and all the years AFTER that term, jdm sam DID NOT HAVE AV STATUS AND WAS BREAKING, DISREGARDING AND IGNORING SITE RULES & POLICIES!

jdm sam was permanently banned for the following reasons:

* He has been doing business on the forums without Authorized Vendor status for years ("under the radar") and I'm sure there are Members reading this very thread WHO KNEW HE WAS BREAKING SITE RULES ALL THIS TIME BUT SAID NOTHING! (notcool)

* He blatantly IGNORED site rules & policies by posting references to his online store and in a recent case...An actual direct LINK to a product for sale in his store! Here are a couple recent examples...

* After seeing the above posts and receiving more reports of his "under the radar" dealings, I temp banned sam for clearly breaking site rules and I gave him a CHOICE once he returned from the ban...Make things right and apply for AV status OR be permanently banned.

The SAD TRUTH is that sam had more than enough time to send me a PM and make things right but I received NOTHING which meant to me...sam CHOSE TO BE BANNED!

* Another very important point here is...sam's complete disrespect for the Mazda Forums Community and its rules meant that what he was doing was COMPLETELY UNFAIR TO OUR AUTHORIZED VENDORS & APPROVED MERCHANT MEMBERS who play a MAJOR role in keeping Mazda Forums online and represent a VERY IMPORTANT part of the Community!

After all is said and done...jdm sam has only proven one thing to me...He is nothing but a disrespectful parasite who is utterly incapable of following simple rules and too cheap to help support the Mazda Forums Community as a vendor.
