Good job. Maybe get some silver/chrome-dipped turn signal bulbs for the front and rear. Clean up the look even more :)

LMAO split personality?

but seriously, you make me want to be a better modder (think "as good as it gets")

and are you nervous about window tints or something? that should be number 4 on your list of things to do as long as the first 3 are already crossed off

here are the night pics. pics didnt come out great. whats the best way to take a picture of the tails when the brake is pressed? i tried with and without the flash and it came out either blurry or the same as without the brake pressed. anyways heres what i got. oh and the painted headlights at night.

No GT model here. Curse you for making me want to spend $200! :(

I don't need that college textbook, but I do need me some nice, bright LEDs :)

Thanks, and great job on the headlights as well!

yea the only real way to get a good pic of lights while still getting good exposure on the subject is to do one of these things...

A) take multiple pictures with different exposure settings and just pick the best looking one
B) take 2 pics: 1 with a slow shutter with the lights off to get a good exposure on the car, and the 2nd one with a fast shutter with the lights on to get good exposure on the LEDs. then photoshop them together. (this process involves a sturdy tripod and shutter release cable)
C) set your camera for a long shutter at night (like say 30 seconds or a minute), then with the lights off trip the shutter. during that time get in the car and press the brakes for a few seconds. this way may take several tries to get the right exposure
D) set up an elaborate lighting system around the car to give good exposure on the car itself and have the brakes depressed while taking the shot. doing this will get equal brightness of both subjects (LEDs and the car) so one won't turn out brighter than the other

of course all of those ways require sometihng a little more than a point-and-shoot. and that's how you end up with a pic like this

ps...sorry im kinda passionate about photography

main thing would be to get a tripod. even with a point and shoot you can get decent night shots.
