MPV Monitors wont run no codes

I have a 2001 mpv and cannot get the monitors to run.No codes.At one time all ran except the cat and egr valve.Cleared codes and now none wont run.(deadhorse Or can someone tell me how to do the proper Drive cycle.

Clear codes again and go out on the highway. Steady cruising and a long decel should get some of them to go.
