coilover question

looking at sum skunk2 coilovers for my 03 es...would i need anything else if i bought just coilovers from the site?i hear people talking bout needing extra parts..please inform me!

i dont think you need to buy anything else, the coilovers directly replace the struts and springs, so as long as it comes with its own bolts you should be ok.

I don't think the skunk 2s do replace the struts. If they do you are good but if not you will need new struts too, or at least need them soon after putting the skunk 2s on especially if you go really low.

i have a DX protege and i bout the top of the line illumina's, they bolted right in. and the msp, p/5, protege have the same mounts, holes and everything for the suspension. i know my brother has a p/5 and we could just switch out parts if we wanted lol

coilover springs? or full coilovers? although both will fit if its for dx, lx, P5, msp. there all the same, so if you bought a set of coilovers that were being sold as for the msp, P5 application they will fit the dx, lx ex protege.
