Just installed my PNP harness and connected the bypass plug.
Took the car for a drive and no CEL, no startup issues either.
Get back home, turn off car - turn car back on and CEL.
I dont have a DH to check what the code is :(
Putting everything back together and taking car for a drive with multiple turn off and on of car returns no CEL.
Tested again with PNP unit and bypass plug and CEL.
Any help would be appreciated!!
EDIT: Australian Speed3 (MPS)
Thanks

well theres alot of things it could be. check/re check and clean all connections for the pnp/SB. Most cars run leaner with the SB installed so its possible you have a cel for a lean condition.
If you are gonna pony up and put money into getting a tuning solution like the SB, you should already have a DH or some sort of datalogging/scangauge device. Unless you plan on driving around with a laptop inside your car so you can watch the blackbox software as you drive to be sure your tune/car are all working properly. Put the horse before the carriage- get a DH before you do anything more.

Noted
I understand why i should have the DH now, but figured I could install the PNP + bypass plug, which I understand as being the ECU continues its job, so no Standback/device to change signal.
But yes I have removed it all and can only wait for my DH to arrive and continue the journey. Have checked connections multiple times and all look clean.
I had the horse and carriage, sold the horse as I thought I didnt need it then, until this happens :( FAIL on my part

so borrowed a friends DH and finally got to see the CEL.
P0134 - O2 sensor fault
I only have a catback and dont see the CEL with only the ECU connected
any ideas?
UPDATE: another CEL now - P0131, circuit out of range - low voltage
so its all pointing to my first 02 however, if I remove the PNP and bypass plug, the CEL's go (obviously because of the ecu reset) but they dont return - only when the PNP is connected.

you have a bad connection in the pnp. check it all over, clean it out, check the pins etc....if its still like that then you need cpe to warranty it. The pnp units are very fragile and can be messed up real easy during install...

ok ill check over it and hopefully get it sorted.
edit: ok checked all connections, all look ok, took car for another spin and can see AFR on the DH working. stop randomly and turn off car - eventually CEL returns, so perhaps there is a loose connection on the PNP unit. Will see what happens with a replacement hopefully and mega bubble wrap to keep it safe on its trip to down under.
UPDATE:
Finally got through to CP-E (6am my time) and will be sending my PNP harness to them for replacement!
