MX5 Turbo Question

Ok quick question guy's.On the mazdaspeed mx5 does it have a t25 five bolt flange on the downpipe side.Reason is I'm gettin a good deal on a turbo for my protege5 and just seeing if the turbo could work.Thanks

It just a regular gt25 on the 01+ msm. Should work might want to rebuild it tho msm owners are tough on them.

you couldn't be more wrong, the MSM is NOT a garrett turbo. and msm;s are 04 and 05 only so 01 02 and 03 don't have an MSM period.

MSM's use IHI turbo's same brand that makes the turbos for wrx's an STI's. tho theirs are clocked differently. and cannot be changed.

Look on Bellengineering.net and flyinmiata.com for better DP's etc....
