My oil pump light was on in the morning and wasn't pumping oil then it turned off and worked fine. Later in the afternoon it never pumped oil again. I took out the oil pan and cleaned the filter and the pan. The filter in the pan wasn't as bad as to not extract oil from the pan. Only thing to do is to dismount the oil pump to verify it, but how do I know it's bad. It wasn't leaking oil that I could see and the level was fine. Can someone help me out.
