i took my 94 into they shop at my school and was planning on changing out the passenger side axle, but the part that goes into the tranny was stuck real good. once we got it out and took the old seal out the surface were the seal goes now has gouges in it just on the outer edge from trying to pry the axle out. what is the best way to get it all smoothed out so it wont tear the hell out of the new seal when i put it in?
